(AVR) AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATORS: ACCESSORIES




	APM Alternator Protection Module
	Detects under and over voltage without current transformers. The relay output can be used to trip main circuit breaker, de-excite the generator or stop the engine.


	DFD Diode Failure Detector
	Protects the machine against damage caused by failure of the rotating rectifier diodes.


	Dual AVR Automatic Voltage Regulator
	Two hard wired MX321 AVRs with a manual change over switch. Reduces down-time in the event of AVR failure.


	MVR Manual Voltage Regulator
	Allows manual control of the machines excitation and therefore the output available from the main terminals. Provides manual control of output voltage.


	FDM Frequency Detection Module
	Adjustable upper and lower speed limits, a reliable method of disconnecting an engine starter and providing over speed protection.


	ELM Excitation Loss Module
	Monitors the excitation to the generator. On loss of excitation an output relay is energised, can be used to initiate alarm or protective device.


	RCI Remote Control Interface
	Allows the remote control of Newage AVR’s or PFC’s using industry standard control signals.
